The proposed 3,500-square-foot practice is slated to be built on the site of a former car wash. Concerns were raised about the office bringing more traffic to an already busy area and obstructing drivers’ view because of the building’s size.

The city council voted to waive certain requirements for the building and changed the property’s zoning classification from commercial neighborhood to commercial general.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
