Dallas-based MB2 Dental recently acquired Hawaii Pacific Dental Group in Honolulu.
Hawaii Pacific Dental Group, located in the Hawaii Kai neighborhood of Honolulu, provides general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry for patients of all ages and includes an on-site dental lab and same-day CEREC restorations. Founder Rohinton Patel, DDS, will continue treating patients following the transaction, according to a Sept. 28 announcement from TUSK Practice Sales, which advised on the transaction.
MB2 Dental supports more than 800 practices across 45 states. The DPO previously entered Hawaii in early 2025 through a partnership with Hawaii Endodontics.
