1. As CFO, Mr. Hildebrand will oversee the financial management of MB2 Dental’s 91 practices. He will also oversee the company’s end-to-end financial operations.
2. Mr. Hildebrand comes to MB2 Dental from TPG Capital, where he served as finance director. At TPG Capital, Mr. Hildebrand oversaw accounting and financial operations of the company’s legacy buyout funds.
3. Mr. Hildebrand began his career at KPMG within its government audit practice.
