1. MB2 Dental added 70 new partner practices and three de novo locations during the first half of 2023.
2. The company secured a delayed-draw term loan of $150 million and raised $20 million through an internal investment fundraiser from its doctor partners. The funds will be used to continue expanding its network through practice acquisitions.
3. MB2 Dental partnered with 11 dental practices in August and also opened its 600th practice.

5. MB2 Dental added its first practice in Wisconsin by partnering with Eastridge Dental.
