Three dentists are currently leading two of the fastest growing DSOs in the U.S.
MB2 Dental and Specialty1 Partners are among eight dental companies included on the Inc. Regionals 2025 list.
The rankings are based on the companies’ percentage revenue growth from 2021 to 2023. The minimum revenue requirement is $100,000 in 2021 and $1 million for 2023.
Here are two DSOs included in the list, along with their leading executives:
Chris Steven Villanueva, DMD. Founder and CEO of MB2 Dental (Dallas): Dr. Villanueva founded MB2 Dental in 2007. The dental partnership organization has grown rapidly to support more than 750 dental practices in 45 states. The company saw a 86% revenue growth rate between 2021 and 2023, landing in the 78th spot of the Inc. Regionals 2025 list for the Southwest region.
Matthew Haddad, DMD, and Daryl Dudum, DDS. Founders and Co-CEOs of Specialty1 Partners (Houston): The two founders lead the organization’s 350 specialists and more than 220 locations in 28 states. Both dentists specialize in endodontics. The DSO saw a 71% revenue growth rate between 2021 and 2023, placing it in the 93rd spot of Inc.‘s Southwest ranking.
