A newly constructed retail property in Bradenton, Fla., that includes an Aspen Dental practice has been sold for $10.98 million.
Other tenants at the 13,538-square-foot property include Chipotle, Five Guys, Einstein Bros. Bagels and America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, according to a June 10 news release from SRS Real Estate Partners, the developer of the property.
Heritage Harbor, which was completed in early 2026, was purchased by a private investor based in Minnesota.
