Mr. Carrington will support the organization’s 250 affiliated dental practices across 15 states in continued adherence to local and federal regulatory requirements, while also advancing internal compliance procedures that govern day-to-day operations.
Most recently, Mr. Carrington worked at a Florida healthcare technology and services company where he developed and implemented compliance programs, designed audit protocols and revamped a code of ethics.
