Oklahoma DSO suffers data breach

Jenks, Okla.-based Lumio Dental recently suffered a data breach affecting 500 individuals.

The DSO reported a hacking incident to the HHS Department’s Office of Civil Rights Breach Portal March 29. 

The Nitrogen ransomware group claimed responsibility for the attack on the dark web in February, Claim Depot reported May 18. The data compromised in the breach reportedly includes passports, driver’s licenses and information from medical records.
