Here are three DSOs that have recently added practices in California:

A patient has filed a lawsuit against Affordable Dentures & Implants and Christopher Ryan Bugg, DDS, after allegedly receiving treatment from an unlicensed dental technician, Kay NewsCow reported May 8.

More than 60 dentists affiliated with Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental completed dental implant training at the Academy of Modern Implants & Dentistry. 

Hackensack, N.J.-based Max Surgical Speciality Management has entered into a strategic alliance with Toms River, N.J.-based Coastal Oral Surgery.

Denver-based Espire Dental acquired Anderson Family Dental in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Carrollton, Texas-based MB2 Dental has recently added 10 dental practices to its network, according to its website.

Three DSOs recently gained investments to support existing practices and fuel growth.

Carrollton, Texas-based MB2 Dental has secured a delayed-draw term loan of $150 million.

Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management added its first practices in Pennsylvania and New Mexico.
