Here are seven notable moves from specialty-focused DSOs and dental groups that Becker's has reported on since Jan. 17:

Irvine, Calif.-based Pacific Dental Services and Atlanta-based Benevis have launched several initiatives in recent years to advance medical-dental integration in the healthcare industry. 

A woman from Muskego, Wis., has been charged with theft and money laundering after allegedly embezzling more than $50,000 from Heartland Dental, according to a Feb. 7 report by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Irvine, Calif.-based Pacific Dental Services is supporting several initiatives in honor of American Heart Month.
