Tempe, Ariz.-based Gen4 Dental Partners made additions in four new states in 2022.

Peak Dental Services, based in Colorado Springs, Colo., supports more than 50 practices across eight states.

A large focus for DSOs this year is expanding networks into new states, affiliating with more practices and opening de novo offices.
