Miami-based Guardian Dentistry Partners recently added several dental practices in North Carolina, South Carolina and Alabama. 

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners recently added six practices to its network.

Chicago-based Great Lakes Dental Partners recently added an Illinois dental practice to its network. 

Carrollton, Texas-based MB2 Dental recently added practices in Nebraska and Pennsylvania.

Irvine, Calif.-based Pacific Dental Services is one of the largest DSOs in the U.S., with more than 885 practices in 25 states.

Both large and small-scale DSOs have made big moves this year to expand their networks and increase patient satisfaction as competition heats up in the field. 

Smile Brands opened two new locations and added another practice to its network in August.

Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management recently added its first oral surgery practice in Illinois.

Chicago-based Aspen Dental is one of the largest DSOs in the U.S., with a network of nearly 2,000 dentists and more than 1,000 dental practices in 45 states.
