Carrollton, Texas-based MB2 Dental is one of the largest DSOs in the U.S., supporting practices in 38 states. 

Irvine, Calif.-based Smile Brands is one of the largest DSOs in the U.S. with nearly 700 affiliated practices in 30 states. 

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners recently added practices in Florida and California to its network.
