Dallas-based Access Dental Management has acquired La Cruces, N.M.-based Bridget R. Burris, DDS, PC, a multimillion-dollar dentistry operation.

Spring Dental has rebranded to Lumio Dental, the Tulsa, Okla.-based dental partnership organization said Dec. 22.

Houston-based Endo1 Partners has launched a parent company that will provide specialty services for its new subsidiaries, the endodontist partnership organization said Dec. 21.

Dallas-based MB2 Dental has added its first Virginia practice to its network, the dental partnership organization said Dec. 21.
