Cincinnati-based Cordental Group acquired The Healthy Smile Center in Ashtabula, Ohio.

A building housing a Heartland Dental-supported practice in Bradenton, Fla., was recently sold for $3 million, the Business Observer reported May 26.

Irving, Texas-based Specialized Dental Partners affiliated with a dental implants and periodontics practice in Chandler, Ariz.

Affordable Dentures & Implants, a brand of Morrisville, N.C.-based Affordable Care, opened a location in Centennial, Colo.

Supermarket chain Publix purchased a shopping center in Coral Springs, Fla. that includes an Aspen Dental, for $58.5 million, according to a May 23 report by Commercial Observer.

Cal Dental USA recently entered the orthodontic market with its first acquisition.
