Denver-based Lone Peak Dental Group recently received an investment from BlackRock and Houston-based Memorial Hermann Health System, PE Hub reported Jan. 31.

Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental is planning to open at least 90 de novo practices and affiliate with 60 to 80 additional practices in 2024.

New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 added Dynamic Growth, a group with six dental practices throughout Pennsylvania.

Here are three practice additions, acquisitions and openings from DSOs and other dental organizations in the Midwest that Becker's has reported on since Jan. 8:

Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental recently added Marietta Dental Group to its network. 

Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Legacy Dental Group added Lookout Valley Dental to its network of practices, according to a Jan. 27 report by chattanoogan.com.

Here are 10 additions, acquisitions and partnerships made by DSOs and dental organizations in the South that Becker's has reported on since Jan. 5:

Irvine, Calif.-based Pacific Dental Services expanded its network in 18 states in 2023. 

Sarasota, Fla.-based Dental Care Alliance added a Wisconsin dental practice to its network.

Chicago-based Aspen Dental has made several moves over the last couple of months to expand its network and enhance services for patients.
