Here are five updates from Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental since Dec. 5: 

Dental Associates of Connecticut launched Archway Dental Partners, a multispecialty dental partnership organization.

Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental is planning to open a practice location in Louisville, Ky., according to a Jan. 18 report from the Louisville Courier Journal.

Viper Partners, an advisory and investment firm, plans to remain active in the dental industry this year after closing several oral surgery deals in 2023.

Modis Dental Partners, a dental group focused on practices that offer dental implants, acquired Innovative Dental of Springfield (Mo.).

Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental recently opened an office in St. Johns, Fla.

Irving, Texas-based Specialized Dental Partners recently added Sattva Endodontics in Davis, Calif. 

Advanced Dental Implant Center, a dental brand supported by Affordable Care, recently added a Florida practice to its network. 

Chicago-based Dentologie opened its first practice in a suburban market with the opening of a location in Oak Park, Ill.

Dallas-based MB2 Dental ended 2023 with 663 supported practices, including 163 which were added during the year, according to a Jan. 17 news release from the company.
