Minneapolis-based Park Dental recently opened a practice in Forest Lake, Minn.
Park Dental decided to open the office based on the area’s growing housing market, according to Frauenshuh, a commercial real estate company.
The company signed a 10-year lease for the space, which spans 4,235 square feet.
Park Dental has 54 locations in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Arizona. The brand is owned by Park Dental Partners, which supports more than 80 offices in the U.S.
