Minneapolis-based Park Dental Partners plans to raise $20 million through its initial public offering to support organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
The DSO was launched in 2023 through the merging of two group practices, growing to support more than 200 dentists and 85 offices in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Here is how the company has grown and evolved since its launch:
1. Park Dental Partners added Braveland Family Dental in Burnsville, Minn., in 2023.
2. Brian Zard was promoted to vice president of operations.
3. The DSO added Forbes Dental Care in St. Anthony, Minn.
4. North Shore Dental in Duluth, Minn., affiliated with the organization in 2024.
5. In August, the DSO added Andrew L.F. Hegstad Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in Forest Lake, Minn.
6. Jason Halupnick joined the company earlier this month as vice president of business development.
