Minneapolis-based Park Dental Partners has announced the terms of its initial public offering for its common stock.

The DSO said it plans to raise $20 million by offering more than 1.5 million shares at a price range of $12 to $14. The company will list its common stock on Nasdaq under the symbol “PARK,” according to a Sept. 24 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Park Dental Partners supports more than 200 dentists and 85 practice locations. The DSO reported $122 million in total revenue during the first and second quarter of this year. The company has planned several strategies to build its practice revenue, including adding dentists and hygienists, introducing new specialty services and opening de novo offices in existing markets.
