New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Premier Care Dental Management has acquired a periodontics practice in Toledo, Ohio.
The dental clinical organization partnered with Toledo (Ohio) Periodontics, which is led by Ziad Tohme, DMD, according to a March 30 news release from the organization.
The practice will maintain its name, location and clinical autonomy and receive enhanced operational infrastructure, technology investment and strategic growth resources from Premier Care Dental Management.
The organization is investing into specialty practices and has already added a number of locations in 2026.
Premier Care Dental Management supports more than 150 practices across eight states, the release said.
