New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Premier Care Dental Management has added to its networks in Ohio and Pennsylvania with two practice acquisitions.
The dental clinical organization acquired SK Smith & Associates in King of Prussia, Pa., and Brett Pelok, DDS & Associates in Toledo, Ohio, according to a May 27 news release shared with Becker’s.
SK Smith & Associates is a periodontal practice led by Scott Smith, DDS. Brett Pelok, DDS & Associates is a general dentistry practice led by Brett Pelok, DDS.
Both practices will continue to lead clinical care while gaining access to clinical and operational resources from Premier Care Dental Management.
The organization also supports practices in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, the release said.
