Henderson, Nev.-based PDS Health was recently included on a list of 50 most community-minded companies by Points of Light.
Points of Light is an international organization dedicated to increasing volunteer service. The organization publishes its Civic 50 list each year to recognize companies for their community engagement and social impact programs.
This is the second consecutive year PDS Health has made the list, according to a June 11 news release. The DSO was also honored with the Strategic Volunteering Award, which recognizes companies for integrating community service within their business practices.
PDS Health partners with several organizations for its service initiatives, including the PDS Health Foundation, charity: water and Special Olympics International. The company also hosts its annual Smile Generation Serve Day focused on donating care to underserved communities.
