PE-backed DSO acquires 2 Texas dental practices

Dallas-based Pearl Street Dental Partners, a private equity-backed DSO, purchased two dental practices in Texas, according to an Oct. 24 report from PE Hub.

The company acquired Brush Dentistry and Derby Dental. Both practices were represented by Practice Transitions Group. 

SkyKnight Capital backs Pearl Street Dental Partners, investing in the DSO in October 2022.

Pearl Street Dental Partners supports more than 35 practices across Texas and Oklahoma, according to its website.
