Chicago-based Phase 1 Equity has continued its 2025 expansion with its first Ohio practice.
The dentist-led DSO expanded with a multi-site orthodontic practice in Ohio, marking the sixth practice it has added this year, according to an Aug. 28 news release from Phase 1 Equity.
The platform now supports 16 dental providers and 24 total locations.
Phase 1 Equity has also entered California, Pennsylvania, Louisiana and Tennessee in 2025.
