Private equity firm sells sales stake in US Oral Surgery Management

RiverGlade Capital has sold its controlling stake in Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management, the private equity firm said Nov. 19.

The management services company was established in 2017 through a partnership between RiverGlade Capital and Thurston Group. It now has a network of 48 oral surgery practices and 141 surgeons in 18 states.

The sale comes after it gained an investment from private equity firm Oak Hill Capital earlier this month.
