The two announced their affiliation in the summer. The new facility will operate under the name WestDental and is located in White Plains, N.Y. Madhavi Chaudhari, DMD, is leading the practice.
Dr. Chaudhari received her doctor in dental medicine degree from Boston-based Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She specializes in general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry.
ProHealth has four clinical affiliations that serve more than 2 million patients.
