Cary, N.C.-based Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry has added two dental offices in North Carolina.
The DSO partnered with Night and Day Dental to add the practice’s Independence and Concord locations to its network, according to a March 25 news release. Services offered at the offices include preventive care, cosmetic dentistry and restorative treatments.
The affiliation comes after Riccobene landed a majority investment from Comvest Private Equity, a middle-market investment group, in November.
