SmilePartners-USA acquires practices in Chicago, Detroit, Atlanta

Madison Heights, Mich.-based SmilePartners-USA completed acquisitions in three cities, bringing its total locations to 46, according to a Jan. 7 news release.

SmilePartners acquired Chicago-based Pedia’s 14 locations and three other dental practices across the Detroit and Atlanta metropolitan areas.

SmilePartners is a portfolio company of Evanston, Ill.-based Silver Oak Services Partners, a lower-middle market private equity firm.
