Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics of Tennessee has eight locations in Nashville, Tenn. The practice will not change its name under the acquisition. Its four founders will become members of Spark Orthodontics’ management team.
The acquisition makes Spark Orthodontics a multispecialty practice covering dental and orthodontic services for patients as young as 18 months of age.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
