Tend recently launched a compensation model that allows dentists to earn up to 40% commission and equity in the company.
The commission model represents one of the highest commission structures in the U.S. dental industry, according to an Oct. 7 news release. In addition to commission and equity in the company, dentists are also provided mentorship, continuing education and a full benefits package.
Tend said the compensation model aims to combat industry-wide challenges and make the field more sustainable for clinicians.
Tend’s network includes more than 30 locations.
At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
