Tennessee DSO acquires 5th practice

Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Legacy Dental Group added Lookout Valley Dental to its network of practices, according to a Jan. 27 report by chattanoogan.com.

Lookout Valley Dental is led by Benjamin Blackiston, DMD, and is in Chattanooga, Tenn. 

The partnership marks the DSO’s fifth practice acquisition in the past four years.

Legacy Dental Group added another Chattanooga-based practice in November.
