The practice, founded by Margaret Shaw, DDS, in 1997, provides general preventive and restorative care, specialty care, cosmetic dentistry and emergency services.
Under the partnership, Ovilla Family Dentistry will keep its existing staff and name. The practice also plans to expand the services it provides.
Smile Brands now supports 650 practices across 30 states.
