The appointees, Margaret Anderson of Lifeline Vascular Care and Paul Hebert of Advantage Care Physicians of New York, will begin serving on the board immediately, according to a July 5 press release shared with Becker’s.
The move increases the number of board members from six to eight and was done to help strengthen the board while the company continues to develop, the release said.
