Clark Holmes Oral Facial Surgery of Alabama has four locations throughout the state. This is USOSM’s first partnership in Alabama as the management group continues to expand throughout the country.
Most recently, USOSM signed an agreement with Minneapolis-based Dakota Valley Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. The management group supports 18 practice practices throughout six states.
