Dr. Shuman is the CEO and founder of Cellerant Consulting, a business management consulting firm for dental companies. Dr. Gray is a Washington, D.C.-based dentist who has trained nearly 30,000 dentists in clear aligner therapy.
Candid halted its direct-to-consumer clear aligner business in December 2021 to switch to a provider-based orthodontics-as-a-service model, growing its network by more than 500 percent this year, according to a Sept. 12 news release. The company said it will soon be launching new features and enhancements under its new leadership.
