1. Roshan Parikh, DDS, resigned as president and CEO of New York City-based Dntl Bar.

2. Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental promoted Misty Mattingly to senior vice president and chief dental hygiene officer.

3. Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management selected Alisa Ulrey to be its next COO. 

4. ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers added Theresa Wang, DDS, as its chief clinical and development officer.
