9 dental CEO moves halfway through 2023

Here are nine CEO moves that have taken place in the dental industry so far in 2023:

1. Riverside Oral Surgery in River Edge, N.J., named Butch Marino its CEO. 

2. Delta Dental of South Dakota appointed Jeff Miller president and CEO of the company.

3. The Association of Dental Support Organizations elected Sulman Ahmed, DMD, as president. Dr. Ahmed is the CEO, founder and chair of DECA Dental Group.

4. Liberty Dental Plan appointed Marti Lolli as president and CEO, taking over from Amir Neshat, DDS.

5. Roshan Parikh, DDS, resigned as president and CEO of New York City-based Dntl Bar.

6. Salt Dental Collective appointed Dylan Bates its new CEO.

7. Great Neck, N.Y.-based DSO the Smilist appointed Andrew Mintz as the company’s new CEO.

8. Florham Park, N.J.-based Select Dental Management appointed Stephen Saukaitis CEO and added him to the board of directors.

9. Dental technology company Oral Biolife appointed Bill Breitenbach as CEO.
