The Aspen Group recently appointed Hyung Bak as chief legal and compliance officer.
Mr. Bak is charged with overseeing the organization's legal, compliance, risk management, employee relations, and industry and governmental affairs.
Mr. Bak succeeds Richard Parr, who will become a senior adviser for the company, according to a Nov. 15 news release.
The Aspen Group operates more than 1,300 locations in 45 states.
