Ms. Kowalczyk has more than 25 years of experience in the dental industry, most recently serving in various hygiene mentorship and dental practice recruiting roles, according to a Feb. 15 news release.
In her role, she will be responsible for helping dental hygienists at Apex Dental Partners grow as both clinicians and leaders.
In addition to having certification in dental hygiene mentoring, Ms. Kowalczyk is also a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and is certified in talent acquisition management, the release said.
