Dual-specialty DSO beBright has named Jeff Komoroski as its next CFO, effective Dec. 1.
Mr. Komoroski has more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting and operations, according to a Dec. 3 news release from the company.
He previously served as CFO for an urgent care organization with more than 300 locations and a 45-location primary care group.
Michael Polcyn, beBright’s outgoing CFO, will retire at the end of the year, the release said.
The company recently named Kyle Clay as CEO.
