Dallas-based DECA Dental Group has named Michele Silverman its new chief people officer.
Ms. Silverman has an extensive background in people and culture leadership. She most recently served as the chief people officer for Veterinary Innovative Partners, an organization with nearly 70 locations in 12 states. She also served as the senior vice president of human resources and organizational development for Hearing Life, which operates more than 650 hearing care centers in 42 states.
DECA Dental Group operates more than 160 locations in nine states.
