Dental technology company Dentsply Sirona has added James Forbes and Brian McKeon to its board of directors, effective Feb. 27.
Mr. Forbes is a healthcare investment banker recognized for helping companies drive profitable growth and long-term value creation, according to a Feb. 24 news release. He most recently served as the vice chair of investment banking at Morgan Stanley. He will serve on Dentsply Sirona’s Compensation & Human Capital Committee.
Mr. McKeon spent 25 years as the CFO of three public companies and has also served as a member of several companies’ boards of directors. He was most recently the executive vice president, CFO, treasurer and head of strategy for IDEXX Laboratories. He will join Dentsply Sirona’s Audit and Finance Committee and Science and Technology Committee.
Dentsply Sirona also announced that Willie Deese would retire from the board.
The new appointment comes after Dentsply Sirona launched its “Return-to-Growth” action plan aimed at positioning the company for sustainable growth over the next 24 months.
