Matthew Garth stepped down from his role as executive vice president and CFO of Dentsply Sirona Nov. 5.
Dentsply Sirona announced Mr. Garth’s departure in a document filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company noted in the filing that Mr. Garth’s departure was not due to any disagreements relating to its finances or operations.
Mr. Garth was appointed in May, succeeding Glenn Coleman, who resigned after nearly two years in the position.
