Saulius Drukteinis, DMD, PhD, was appointed dean of the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville School of Dental Medicine.

Batesville, Ark.-based Lyon College has named Burke Soffe, DMD, dean of its upcoming dental school, the Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette reported Jan. 12.

Tend, a tech-focused dental company, appointed Cynthia Hiskes as its first chief people officer.
