Ben Plomion has been named COO and will be responsible for overseeing operations across departments and scaling the company’s growth, according to a Nov. 16 news release from Pearl.
Mike Barniv, DDS, joins as Pearl’s vice president of clinical affairs after more than 20 years in private practice. He will advance the company’s commercial, clinical and institutional impact.
Both Mr. Plomion and Dr. Barniv will help the company through its next growth stage, the release said.
