Salt Dental Collective appoints CEO

Salt Dental Collective appointed Dylan Bates its new CEO.

Mr. Bates has several years of experience in leadership roles in multi-site healthcare, previously serving as CEO and COO of ATI Physical Therapy. He is credited with helping the physical therapy clinic chain grow to more than 800 locations nationwide.

Mr. Bates has served as a board member for Salt since 2019. 

He will replace Jim Evanger, who will continue as a board member for the dental partnership organization, according to a Jan. 18 news release.

Additionally, the organization announced that it would move its headquarters from Bend, Ore., to Scottsdale, Ariz.

Salt Dental Collective supports practices in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Arizona and California.
