Specialized Dental Partners CEO elected president of Association of DSOs

The Association of Dental Support Organizations has appointed a new leadership team. 

Scotte Hudsmith, the chair and CEO of Specialized Dental Partners, was elected president of the ADSO. Additionally, Vista Verde Dental Partners CEO Dustin Netral will continue in his role as vice president. Justin Jory, the founder and CEO of Lightwave Dental, will continue as treasurer while also taking on the role of secretary for the organization.

The leadership team was announced during the 2025 ADSO Summit.  

The ADSO currently has 75 members, representing more than 8,500 practice locations, 15,000 supported dentists and $18 billion in revenue, according to a March 19 news release shared with Becker’s.
