Standard Dental Labs, a Florida-based dental laboratory consolidator, added Brendan Cummins to its board of directors April 17.
Mr. Cummins has more than 35 years of experience working in public and private markets, including senior-level roles in electronic trading, technology, market structure and strategic execution, according to an April 20 news release.
The appointment comes as the company executes its acquisition strategy across Florida. The company recently acquired BRLIT Dental Laboratory in Sarasota, Fla., and Dream Dentistry Labs in Clearwater, Fla.
