Mr. Bak is charged with overseeing the organization’s legal, compliance, risk management, employee relations, and industry and governmental affairs.
Mr. Bak succeeds Richard Parr, who will become a senior adviser for the company, according to a Nov. 15 news release.
The Aspen Group operates more than 1,300 locations in 45 states.
